Losing weight and inches from your waist line should not be impossible or unbearable. A weight loss program should be many things, but it should first be natural. try running in intervals-either run for 5 minutes, and walk for 2, or if you are more fit, run for 5 and sprint for 2. Lift some weights, you can find charts online recommeding a starting weight amount compared to your body weight. eat lots of protein and carbs, but also be active so you can burn of all those calories found in those foods.

I am just starting the P90X classic plan for the purpose of getting toned before bikini season. I am not really interested in losing weight and already eat relatively healthy. I went through the diet plan and discovered that I already eat a lot of the suggested foods on a regular basis (oatmeal, chicken breasts, eggs (w/yolk), skim milk, yogurt, etc). Does anyone know if I will still see great results with the workouts without strictly following the diet plan?
