Ok so I need a diet plan that I can eat everyday to consume 148g of protein. I workout with p90x so protein is vital to me. Does anyone know what can i eat to consume this everyday? LIke can someone make a diet plan from Breakfast, snack, Lunch, snack, Dinner, snack?
