You should be able to acheive that no problem as long as you exercise and maintain a healthy diet. Try Weight Watchers, everyone I know who has stuck to it has gotten good results. You’ll want to do some cardio as well. If you’re used to doing nothing, start with a long walk and build your way up to running… good luck =)
