The so called magic pill or supplement found from some exotic plant or berry or tea that will change your life without having to cut back on any of the foods that you presently eat or even have to exercise is only a phone call and Master card /Visa number away awaits you. These pills, supplement and quite a few of the so called diets do not work. The reason is simply money and the way your body works. The money is obvious, it is a 0 Billion industry from the shores of California to Europe. Everyone is starting to get serious about there health, which is great. The second reason most of these pills, portions, supplements and diets do not work is because your body needs certain foods and nutrients to keep the ongoing processes working, such as breathing and your heart pumping.

These all take energy and certain chemicals to make them happen.

Simply speaking do you really believe that these companies are going to come up with a product that will put them out of business? Most companies do not design the product because they feel they can make that breakthrough but are looking to make a big buck. Look at the print adds that you see in the magazines and newspapers. You have to admire the picture of the before and after photos. Ever hear of photo shop? OK, they use something a little more high powered but the results are all the same, a great picture that leads you to believe than in as little as six weeks you can be reborn. What a surprise to you if you are more than twenty to thirty pounds overweight. Sure you can loose that weight in 6 weeks but keeping it off is something else.

These pills, supplements diets and teas all have a couple of thinks in common. They all rarely work, they can be expensive if you continue to buy, and have slick advertising campaigns. The FDA has to approve any new drug on the market. So you know that these supplements have nothing new in them. If they did they would have to file tests and studies showing that these drugs are safe to humans. These companies are not going to go through all this to sell some supplements. It is easier to use ingredients that they know are approved and put them together with some new advertising gimmick and make money. The testimonials are usually paid to tell you how great their products work.

If these supplements worked to the success rate that these companies claimed the FDA would immediately start a inquiry to find out what is different from all the other over the counter supplements. The big pharmaceutical companies do not want any small companies coming in and wrecking the set up that they have. That’s another story of greed and lack of caring.
