I would like to weigh 90 by September.
I’m diabetic.
What would be a good diet plan for me?
I don’t follow my diet for diabetes too well.
My mom says I’m gaining weight because of puberty, but I think she’s telling me that because she doesn’t want to admit that I’m getting heavy.

There is actually a diet plan that is supposed to go with the 30 day shed video. I beleive you can find it on jillianmichaels.com
when i did the 30 day shred, i didn’t follow her diet plan, i just made healthier choices on my own but i know that it has worked for other people.

Breakfast:
Skimmed milk with half a cup of fresh raspberry’s and another fruit of your choice, mixed with a low fat cereal of your choice, preferably wheatabix.
Lunch:
A simple sandwhich. Brown bread with meat of your choice, NO mayonaise or anything like that! Chuck in some cucumber, tomato or lettuce, any or all it’s your choice with some orange juice on the side.
Dinner:
You can decide.
-A healthy stir fry, make sure you have some meat in there for protein!
-A fillet of cod, with a side of boiled potatoes with sweetcorn, greenbeans, broccoli, – vegetables are your choice!

1. Avoid eggs.
I suggest doing some exercises that get the legs moving, such as walking, jogging, running, swimming or bike riding.
These exercises that really get your heart pumping will burn the weight off quickly.
I like push ups, yoga stretches, pull ups, crunches, curl ups, leg stretches, calf raises, and squats as far as being good toning exercises that use no equipment and cost zero money to perform.
I like taking some dumbbells and doing some easy bicep curls, military presses, and lateral raises.
I think diet is important also and try to eat healthy home-cooked meals with lots of vegetables in them.
I try to stay away from the pop and sugar, candy, and fast food.
I try to get a good night’s sleep each night.

If you want to lose stomach fat, you have to do lots of cardio and healthy eating. Doing sit-ups and crunches work a different group of stomach muscles, so that wont lose the fat below your abs. Stay away from sugary drinks, or juices bc you consume so many calories without filling yourself. You said you were allergic to tree nuts, so I would recommend avocado. It’s filling and healthy. Hope this helps.

A complex question, this one
If you want to lose weight, I recommend Weight Watchers. They’re very supportive, they KNOW what it takes to lose weight, i.e., many little concepts and ideas to keep you on track. You do not buy your food from them; you still go to the grocery store, like a normal person. They encourage you to exercise; that is built into the plan. It’s not some “optional” thing that they hope you will do
If you go to a WW meeting once a week, dedicate yourself by showing up four times a month, listen to what they tell you, and DO what they tell you, your weight will come off, slowly but surely [the best route, IMHO]. You don’t have to be “perfect” to lose weight!
A number of books have been written on diets for athletes. You could go to an online bookstore and enter: “sports, nutrition” or perhaps “tennis, nutrition” into the search engine and see what comes up. You should get several “hits.”
And, of course, you could do the same thing for fitness but entering “fitness, tennis” into a bookstore’s search engine.
The first book under sources is about avoiding all the junk in our American diet. The next two are specifically about tennis and have sections on nutrition in them.
