I am currently 6 ft and weight 225 lbs. I would like to get my weight down to 190 lbs. Here is what I have for exercise equipment:
Treadmill, Strenght Bands, 1 Hr Per Day
I am very much out of shape. Can anyone help me put together a solid workout and diet plan? Thanks.

I have only one thing. You can use your equipment. Or you can train isometric. There’s a lot of books and web pages about it. And the diet, i cant say anything about that, I’m underweight! But it will work for you

My doctor recommended me to eat a 1500 calorie diet in order to lose some weight.
I just have trouble what food I should eat daily.
I know I am not going to eat any sweets or drink any soda.
Also I plan to eat more fruits and vegetables so can anyone please help me out on this.

OK I am not interested in spending money every week and paying fees. This is the internet, there has to be some place to get a Diet plan AND shopping list for free!! My question has two parts: ONE does anyone know where to get a ABSOLOUTLY FREEEEE Diet Profile and SHOPPING LIST? And TWO: Does anyone have a Diet plan and shopping list for the HIGH FIBER DIET? I took several online tests and quizzes from places like ediets, diets, so on so on haha even celebrity fit club. But the most common answer for me since I am on the run, am a total fast food, microwave food, skip meals, only eat once or twice a day usually in the evening kinda gal WAS recommended to do the HIGH FIBER DIET. Any and all help on this would be so appreciated.

Boost fiber in the diets by choosing whole wheat products whenever possible: breads, pasta, cereals (hot adn cold), including dried beans and peas in your meals, nuts, fresh fruit, coconut, and all sorts of vegetables whenever possible.

cut down on sodium and packaged foods/canned foods.
Eat fresh fruits and veggies
ease up on meats and cheeses
Use Olive oil instead of veggie oil
Exercise daily (walking 30-60 min a day)
Stop drinking soda pop, drink water instead
Pretty much common sense stuff. Don’t over eat, eat a lot of veggies/fruits, exercise.
Some people, no matter how healthy they are and how much they exercise, genetically they are going to have higher cholesterol and may need a prescription for that. Try diet and exercise first.
