Question by bunny: What is a good workout and diet plan for a 22 year old woman to get toned and improve overall wellness?
I am thin and weigh 100 lbs so I DONT want to lose weight. I am 22 years old and a female.

I would like to find a diet/ workout plan to define my muscle, get me in shape, improve my overall wellness, and make me feel good.

Any reccomendations?

Do Weight Watchers on line, it is affordable and it works great. And Vegetables are 0 points….
