I am 14 and I am paranoid about dying, and…. zombies lol! I want an exercise plan which will keep my body in shape, and mainly focuses on cardiovascular exercise so if the time ever comes I can fend myself off from zombies… I want a good detailed diet plan to keep me healthy and prevent diseases, so I can live a longer life.

Breakfast:
Skimmed milk with half a cup of fresh raspberry’s and another fruit of your choice, mixed with a low fat cereal of your choice, preferably wheatabix.
Lunch:
A simple sandwhich. Brown bread with meat of your choice, NO mayonaise or anything like that! Chuck in some cucumber, tomato or lettuce, any or all it’s your choice with some orange juice on the side.
Dinner:
You can decide.
-A healthy stir fry, make sure you have some meat in there for protein!
-A fillet of cod, with a side of boiled potatoes with sweetcorn, greenbeans, broccoli, – vegetables are your choice!

My friend’s daughter is 110 pounds and her height is 4 feet 11 inches. Is this okay for her height and age to be 110 pounds? If not then my friend is looking for a healthy diet plan for her daughter that includes salads, fruits, and veggies. A diet plan that is healthy and can be bought from stores. And how long will she have to follow this plan until how many days weeks or months. Also how much should she weigh after this diet?

Your friend’s daughter’s BMI is 22.2, which is in the normal weight range, but it IS on the higher side of that.
If the daughter still wants to lose weight, make sure she does it HEALTHFULLY. (:
The advice I can give you for the diet is “Eat a rainbow”, meaning that you want to eat MANY fresh fruits and veggies.
Salmon is also SUPER healthy also. You can google healthy recipes to get you guys started!
Also, make sure she gets out to play/get excercise for at least 1-2 hours per day.

I am 13. Im about 5 foot 3 inches and 124 pounds. I am in MMA and im in pretty good shape. I lifted weghts for about 3 years and put on some muscle so i wanted to start p90x to rip that muscle and i was wondering if i HAD to follow the diet plan. If i dont will i not get the results i want?

if you are doing P90-X, then. But the better question why the FUCK are you doing it if you are only 13? If you do it, your body will not develop correctly, because of the stimulus to your muscles at such a young age.

This is my best friend and I love her like a sister. But every time I turn around she is always telling me how fat she is. Saying that she doesn’t care what others think of her so she doesn’t want to lose weight. It is always something about how she wants to lose weight then says I don’t care anymore. a good thing to do is not count calories or you will become obsessed. thats where i went wrong! simple things you can do though which really help are:
Use less butter (and make it flora)
Swap stuff for lighter or low fat options
Just eat fruit for snacks!!!
Try and do you own cooking because you can control how much oil and stuff is used..
Swap fizzy drinks and squah for water
Drink semi-skimmed milk
Dont have second helping
Try and walk places where you could get lifts
Try and reduce your helpings

try running in intervals-either run for 5 minutes, and walk for 2, or if you are more fit, run for 5 and sprint for 2. Lift some weights, you can find charts online recommeding a starting weight amount compared to your body weight. eat lots of protein and carbs, but also be active so you can burn of all those calories found in those foods.

the “no-carb” diet. that means NO carbs, at all. and no sugar. my dad did this and lost 40 lbs in like a month and a half. just eat eggs for bfeast, grilled chicked salad for luch, and soup or chicken again for dinner.
